📅 Please be advised…times are estimated. You may be finished before, on or after time. I take pride in my work and you want quality service. Please do not rush the process. If I am running behind, you will receive a courtesy text to inform you. This will be sent before your appointment, so you don’t have to sit and wait.📅 WAITING LIST: Book your appointments in advance. Evening & Saturday appointments fill up fast. If you need an appointment and the schedule is full, use the WAITING LIST. If an appointment is available, I will contact you by text.
📅 SQUEEZE INS & LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS: If my schedule allows for Squeeze Ins, you will be notified via text. Squeeze In Appointments are $30 & Same Day Appointments are $50 (does not go towards your service). Fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.
📅 JAZZY MONDAY’S: Private Pampering Sessions are available on Monday’s only. An additional charge of $30 (does not go towards your service). This fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.
📅 CONFIRMATIONS: Confirmations are sent via email and text.
📅 RESCHEDULING: You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to reschedule in time, you will be charged for the full service. Use your Confirmation Email to reschedule your appointment.

CHILDREN MUST BE ABLE TO SIT AND BE SERVICED, WITH OR WITHOUT THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRESENT!
🧸 If your child is unable to sit, listen and/or is unruly, you must reschedule your appointment. As the Stylist I have a right to refuse service. Parents/Guardians are still responsible for service fees.
🧸 Jazzy Monday's are dedicated to Private Pampering. At our Private Pampering Sessions, it's just you and your stylist (Me). These are designed for clients needing a little extra TLC and extended time.
🧸 Children being serviced can bring food/snacks/beverages, a toy (no slime, play dough, clay, balls, blocks or noisy toys), books, electronics with earbuds/headphones and schoolwork.
👉🏽 When scheduling for a child, please put the CHILD'S NAME at time of booking!
🚨 If your hair has not be detangled or combed out, you will automatically be charged $20 - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Deposits are applied to the total cost of your service. Remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
